Recently, Mike Dallas Properties has been sub-specializing in student housing properties and development land for student housing properties. Mike has experience in site selection, contract negotiations, and assistance with governmental entitlements.

Mike Dallas graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management. He obtained his real estate license in 1984 and has consistently been a top performing Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Austin area.
